Lamu county assembly replaces tourism ministry with fishing

Lamu county assembly has unanimously passed its first ksh 3b supplementary appropriation bill, awarding tourism the least allocation at ksh 22.8m and livestock and fisheries getting the lions share. The county assembly session led by speaker Abdul Kassim Hakim unanimously passed the bill without any amendments.
