Endure the pain, enjoy the gain

It’s not easy enduring pain nor uncomfortable situations in life. Many people would rather quit to avoid the pain. For most bodybuilders, nothing worthwhile comes without a sacrifice hence the mantra: no pain, no gain. Bodybuilding is becoming quite popular in Afghanistan despite the Taliban regime forbidding competitors from appearing in public partly naked. Recently, bodybuilders took part in the Mr. Afghanistan competition in Kabul. They were seen flexing muscles and looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger during his heyday. Well, no doubt, just like everything else worth having in life, getting in shape and developing a better physique is what many of us desire. However, to acquire such muscle-defined perfection, one requires weeks of training, a strict dietary regime and lots of dedication.
