Musicians seek Uhuru’s audience

Gospel artistes from Thika have urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to meet them and hear their grievances. Apostle Francis Kilango accused their Murang’a counterparts for making it hard to access the President who promised to meet them during the burial of musician Joseph Kamaru two weeks ago.

Speaking when he was releasing his ‘Shetani hatuna deni na wewe’ album, Kilango, who is also the chairman of Thika Artistes Industry, said the arts industry cannot be underestimated because it employs over half a million Kenyans.
