Controversial cleric Apostle James Ng’ang’a was on Friday acquitted by a Limuru court of charges of causing death through dangerous driving.
Also acquitted by senior principal magistrate Godfrey Odour were Ng’ang’a’s three co-accused Simon Maina, police inspector Christopher Nzilu Nzioka and Patrick Kahindi Baya.
The magistrate said the Prosecution had failed to prove its case against the four. He will read his ruling on Monday. Maina had been charged with causing death by dangerous driving on July 26, 2015 at Manguo area on the Naivasha-Nairobi road.
