How about soccer in the sand?

The normal football match is played by two teams each consisting of not more than 11 players, one of whom is the goalkeeper. However, for the Calcio Fiorentino, an early form of football in central Italy, the rules are quite different. Calcio Fiorentino is a combination of soccer, rugby and wrestling, and is normally played on a field of sand approximately 80 by 40 meters. Each team has 27 players and no substitutions are allowed for injured or any expelled players. Interesting how tactics such as head-butting, punching, elbowing and choking are allowed! And the prize for the winning team? The team goes home with a cow! Well, how about a new version of breaking the same old fitness routine and still have some fun?
