Naxvegas has always been like a second home to me. And while I don’t visit as often as I wish, it will always have a special place in my heart. I recently made my way to the bustling city, and even a chance to check out the newest kid on the block, Sebis Hotel.
Sebs is three-in-one establishment with a club, restaurant, conference facilities and hotel. Located next to Rift valley Sports Club, Sebs is hard to miss with its multicolour frame, which creates a sense of dominance. I love the use of wood in the interior décor, which strikes a balance between modern and rustic creating a more eclectic and layered look.
There rooms are pocket friendly as a single goes for Sh3,500 bed and breakfast while the double goes for Sh4,000. One concept that stood out was their provision of rest rooms, for people who want to lay back in for a few hours.
Such a room will go for only Sh2,000 per person for a maximum of 6 hours. They offer both African and continental dishes. I highly recommend their fish served with rice and a side bowl of soup.
I’m not such a big fan of fish, but that was lip smacking, well done and deep-fried and dried. Sebs is that go to place if your visiting Nakuru Town for the first time. You can hang out, dine and stay.
