4 Jubilee MPs  move to court to challenge their removal from c”ttee leadership

Four members of parliament allied to the ruling Jubilee party have moved to court seeking to have the High Court quash their removal  from four parliamentary departmental committees.
The MPs led by Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter say they were not accorded a fair hearing by the Jubilee party disciplinary committee and that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto have no say in parliamentary committee affairs.
The decision to have the four de-whipped was undertaken by Jubilee Majority Whip Benjamin Washiali for failing to toe the party line in the  house committee elections.
