Betting firm SportPesa has acquired a state-of-the-art mobile commentary and display truck that will be used for public live sports viewing in the country.
The custom made, ground-breaking piece of modern equipment that is bound to set the pace for public television screening worldwide will be unveiled to Kenyans for the first time tomorrow during the live viewing of the El Clasico clash between Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona at Nairobi’s Uhuru Gardens.
It is another notable first for global gaming firm that has its roots in the country as it continues to set the pace in enhancing customer experience through innovation.
The technological marvel can be equated to a ‘stadium on wheels” and it will revolutionise live sports viewing by creating an atmosphere that will bring devoted fans closer to their sporting heroes by offering the best interactive experience possible.
“The pioneering truck is an invention that will bring SportPesa closer to our customers and the Kenyan public who have stood with us since we rolled out our gaming platform.
By taking live viewing around the nation, the mobile commentary and display unit will be a critical tool in promoting sports,” said SportPesa CEO Ronald Karauri. A colourful launch ceremony is planned for the equipment mounted on a Mercedes-Benz truck, a model of quality and sturdiness that is bound to serve Kenyans for years to come.
