Kenya Mpya Sacco buses that operate Nairobi-Thika have been suspended following multiple complaints of speeding.
NTSA Deputy Director of Enforcement Hared Adam has said the buses will have to undergo fresh inspection for compliance before been allowed to operate.
This comes after NTSA launched a major crackdown along Thika superhighway against drunk driving, speeding and non compliance on PSV and private vehicles.
Several drivers were arrested as hundreds of passangers were left stranded.
Others were forced to walk from Wetheithie to Thika for lack of psvs.
