Cord co-principal Raila Odinga claims that the government is reluctant to implement the Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) report because its leaders are linked to the historical injustices.

He asked Kenyans to vote out Jubilee administration in the next election for failing to honour election promises, tame corruption and frustrating devolution and dividing the country.

The former premier, who is also ODM party leader, accused Jubilee government of failing to stop the loss of billions of shillings in the National Youth Service (NYS) scandal and Eurobond.

Raila was speaking during his second-day tour of Taita Taveta county. He is today expected to head to Kwale to stop a political storm started by the defection of Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya.

He will address a rally at Kinango today and attend a homecoming ceremony for ODM secretary general Agnes Zani (Nominated senator) at Kwale Baraza Park tomorrow.
