Soon, there will be a Star Rating of the different hotels in the South Coast. Do any hotels here rate as Five Stars?
In the South Coast I can list a few hotels such as Almanara Resort and Diani Beach Resort, which can be rated as Five Star class hotels. At Diani Beach, we already have all the best qualities that a Five Star hotel requires.
How does Diani beach handle the beach boy menace along the shores?
Most guests complain about harassment by beach boys and operators but at Diani Beach we have decided to accommodate them within the facility. We have even trained them so they sell their curios to the guests without harassing them and we do not allow stranger beach operators here.
What of domestic tourism and its contribution to recovery of the industry
It has been the heart beat of tourism for the last three years. As we are all aware, the world economy is tourism-driven, therefore, we are still encouraging the local guests to continue promoting the tourism market even when international tourists are back.
