High court freezes Pastor Ng’anga’s church accounts

The high court has issued orders freezing the accounts of Neno evangelism centre in an ensuing legal battle between a businessman and the church’s leader Pastor James Maina Ng’ang’a. the Businessman Geoffrey Ndung’u has moved to court accusing the televangelist of swindling him of 2 million shillings which he had deposited in the church account. In the suit papers, Ndung’u wants the money reimbursed to him saying he was suffering from a mental illness when he deposited the money in the church’s account, after Ng’ang’a prayed for him three years ago.
